If you are inquiring about an order, please provide the order number and all details required to fulfill your request.
We will provide a tracking number via email once your package ships. Once an order is scanned by the mail carrier, it would be up to them to provide updates on the whereabouts of a package and update the tracking links. Please reference your tracking information and contact them for shipping updates once you have a tracking number. Note that tracking links will take longer than usual to update due to the sheer volume of packages being sent and capacity restrictions due to the pandemic. This doesn't mean that your order is lost, but that it's still being processed by the carrier. The overload of shipments means shipping carriers are slower to register and ship your orders from their distribution centers.
Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Fulfillment can take 3-5 weeks. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
All sales are final.
Once we begin fulfillment on an order, we are unable to make changes (size, color, cancellation). To be eligible for a return, you must have received an incorrect product/size or a defective item. In the event that you have received a returnable item, you must notify us, with a description of the issue and a photograph, within 15 days of receipt. You must return the product back to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we have received your product, we will then send you the correct item(s), free of charge.
We are a small business and all of our items are made to order, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time, except for the rare aforementioned instances. For any questions or to initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds are assessed and issued on a case-by-case basis, contact email@example.com to discusses the circumstances of your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
