RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
***ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE***
Once we begin fulfillment on an order, we are unable to make changes (size, color, cancellation). To be eligible for a return/refund, you must have received an incorrect product/size or a defective item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you receive the wrong item or a product that is defective/misprinted we will replace it ASAP.
If you are having any issues with this or would like to return an item, please email support@girlsgottaeat.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Photo of the item
- Your request.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Orders placed by the below dates will arrive before December 25, 2022. This is subject to change with mail carriers and the high volume of packages during the holiday season.

REFUNDS
Refunds are assessed and issued on a case-by-case basis, and will be given if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact support@girlsgottaeat.com to discuss the circumstances of your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING TIME *holiday shipping times do not apply*
Our average order fulfillment for domestic orders typically takes 5-7 business days for all products and then will be shipped according to your selected shipping method. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.
Once your order ships you will be emailed a confirmation with a tracking link. After an item has left our facility please reference your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for updates as they will have the most up-to-date information.
WRONG ITEM/SIZE/COLOR ORDERED
